  Russ comes from a family of craftsmen and went to college at Northern Maine Vocational and Technical Institute in Presque Isle, Maine. After school, he worked for several different construction companies in the Portland area. Once on his own, he found that a consistent and unflagging commitment to quality, as well as integrity and honesty, have proven the keys to success.

  Tim has an extraordinary attention to detail, great organization skills, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. When he found these same priorities in Russ, he left commercial construction for the Doucette organization. He takes particular pride in combining the complex needs of scheduling with the creative process of making a client's dreams a reality.

  Ed's work often focuses on cabinetry. Like many Doucette employees, Ed especially enjoys the one-of-a-kind challenges inherent in custom homes. He notes that Russ runs his group like a family, including the subcontractors in this tightly-knit group. Russ, Ed says, "Expects the very best quality and provides great tools."
